We have a very efficient solution partnership, Medaş as an IBM Maximo user for many years, regarding Maximo and its integrated applications, which can quickly adapt to the dynamics of the electricity distribution industry. 

With the IT Service Desk solution, we gathered all our services under one heading and completed the integration with purchasing processes, providing a traceable and reportable IT service.

We were able to better focus on the health of our employees by very quickly activating the Health at Work project, which we initiated during the pandemic period to enable in-company digital contact tracing and HES code verification.
